NURTURING MOTHERS,

ONE TREATMENT AT A TIME

Your Postnatal Journey: Frequently Asked Questions

1. When can I start bellybinding after childbirth?

For natural births, you can start bellybinding as early as 2 weeks postpartum. For cesarean deliveries, we recommend waiting 6-8 weeks (after doctor's approval) to ensure proper healing.

2. How many sessions should I book for postnatal bellybinding?

We offer various treatment packages depending on your needs: 7, 10, 15, and 20-day options. For more visible results, we recommend the 10-day or longer packages.

3. Can I receive the treatments if I had a c-section?

Yes, we offer treatments for both natural and cesarean births. However, for c-section deliveries, we recommend waiting until you have been cleared by your doctor, typically around 6-8 weeks postpartum.

4. Are the products used in the treatments organic?

Yes, we use only organic materials for our belly binders and essential oils for Jamu Massage. Our organic belly binders are carefully sourced from Indonesia, ensuring the highest quality and safety for you.

5. Do you offer home visits?

Yes, we offer in-home services for your convenience. Our therapist will come to your home to provide the treatments, ensuring that you can experience the benefits of postpartum care without having to leave your home. Therapist transportation applies and is not included in the promo prices. The transportation fee ranges from $100 to $250, depending on your location.

6. What should I do to prepare for my bellybinding treatment?

  • Avoid eating for at least one hour before and after your session to enhance both comfort and treatment effectiveness.

  • Have two large towels ready for use during the massage to add extra comfort and relaxation.

  • If you have any skin sensitivities or health concerns, please let your therapist know beforehand so we can tailor the treatment to your needs.

7. What should I expect during a treatment session?

It begins with 45 minutes of Jamu Massage for the abdomen, which includes soothing hot stone massage to relax and rejuvenate the area. This is followed by a 15-minute bellybinding process, where the binder is applied to support your postpartum recovery. Each session is personalized to suit your comfort and healing needs.

8. How long should I wear the bellybinder each day?

For optimal results, the bellybinder should be worn 6-8 hours per day. This helps support your postpartum recovery and aids in shaping the abdomen.
